On behalf of the HS & Partners Team, we are writing to advise you that we are taking every reasonable precaution to help ensure the health and safety of our staff, our clients and business colleagues. We are closely monitoring this unprecedented and evolving situation and will adapt our protocols accordingly.
Until such time as spread of COVID-19 is substantially curtailed, we will endeavor to conduct meetings by telephone and video conferencing. All of our staff are set up to work remotely, from home, should the need arise. In order to minimize unnecessary exposure, we ask that you email, PDF, courier or take a picture of your documents with your smart phone or tablet and send them to us, rather than visiting the office in person. We are happy to address any of your questions or concerns by phone or email. We can also host meetings virtually, as needed.
We are making every effort to ensure that we provide you with the same quality and timeliness of service to which you have been accustomed.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update our emergency preparedness protocol depending on the situation in the weeks and months to come and keep our clients informed. In the meantime if anyone of your staff have contacted the virus please keep us informed so we can take precautionary measures.
