Ari Ariyaratne

Ari qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and The Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and served Ernst & Young LLP in Sri Lanka, Middle East and Canada as a Senior Manager prior to joining HS & Partners LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants.

Ari has extensive experience in assurance and non-assurance engagements of corporations in a wide variety of industries and has headed engagement teams in, manufacturing, real estate, retail as well as public corporation audits, due diligence assignments, systems studies and other specified procedure engagements. Ari has conducted presentations to clients on technical issues relating to financial reporting developments with particular emphasis on financial instruments and ASPE and IFRS transition assignments.
